Stock is guaranteed fresh and healthy upon delivery. Please inspect your plants immediately upon delivery. If the plants are not wanted for any reason, they should be returned within 1 week, otherwise contact Cold Stream Farm immediately for alternate return instructions. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. If you received damaged or incorrect nursery stock it MUST BE REPORTED UPON DELIVERY before planting the stock. Stock will be expected to be shipped back OR pictures of the stock must be provided. Restocking fees may apply to returned orders.
No reductions to orders after March 15. You may add to your order but not subtract. If an order for any reason is cancelled after March 15th, 100% of the order total is payable; if before that date–50% of the order is payable. ALL orders must be paid in FULL by March 1. Any orders NOT paid in full at that point, may be taken off reserve.
ALL PICK UP orders need to be paid prior to PICK UP. ALL PICK UP orders WILL have an arranged PICK UP date, it is up to the customer to PICK UP on that date (once the date is made, no deletions to the order). Any orders not picked up on the arranged date WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED.
FALL EVERGREEN SHIPMENTS ARE NOT GUARANTEED due to the significance of environmental factors. EVERGREENS OVER 24” ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
All spring shipped deciduous conifers and evergreens under 24” are guaranteed to leaf or bud out. Guarantee does not extend past bud/leaf break. All deciduous trees are guaranteed to leaf or bud out. All claims for stock failing to leaf or bud must be made before June or within 30 days of delivery (no exceptions). Stock must be sent back or pictures must be emailed to CSF. A one time store credit will be provided for all approved claims. Store credit can be used toward either the purchase of replacement stock or any alternate species. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Cold Stream Farm reserves the right to void warranty coverage due to neglect, not watering the plant, excessive moisture, using containers (pots), not being planted properly, or inexperience of the planter. Warranty does not cover acts of nature, frost, freeze or drought and plants in containers or above ground. Warranty is void if the customer provides false information.
